Returns
We love our items & hope you do too! We do offer a 14 day exchange/returns policy.
To be eligible for a refund your item needs to be sent back to our HQ within 14 days of receiving the purchase.
The items need to be lodged in a return request via email to hello@eilishathelabel and once approved to send your garment back upon receiving it will need to be unworn, garment tag attached, in the condition and packaging it was when you received your order.
Returns will be covered by the customers expense, and this includes Eilisha The Label not being responsible for any missing parcels sent back from the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
